I don't know much about unusual pricing, but shouldn't unusual overpay be taken as .9 multiplied by the middle value of the hat's range? This should give a flat price, if I am correct? There's a thread about it somewhere....
you need to count the low range
Where's 4 coming from? A single set value would be better (middle * 0.9)
Also, I suggest using the range the Blizz TC was originally priced at, as the database's prices are really off.
