But considering that he already declined offers of 165 usd and a SF Medigun + 2 (4.2), this hat can definitely get more.

Low value taken from what seemed to be a quicksell trade, with multiple people wanting the hat within the 2 weeks it was up. High value taken from the highest declined offers + some, because it can definitely garner more.
