Bill's are great hats and they should go up with the price being

8 keys: Plain

9 keys: Low Tier Paint

10 keys: High Tier Paint (eg. Black,White)

also bp.tf only tracks unpainted prices and uses a fixed system for the painted value,

2. You can not suggest a price for painted items, paint bonus is given automatically with a static number depending on the price of the item and the paint

you have to show proof. I suggest watching a few trades go by, voting on them, and after a few weeks seeing how many votes you got correct. Then begin making your own suggestions.

Its hard to sell at 8 with a "low tier paint".

Why this site allow to people make suggestions on prices?

Let mods make suggestions and people vote it.

because if only mods make suggestion, alot of items wouldnt be up-to-date (forgotten, no time and such)

Nice proof and 8 keys are plain right now if their black or white the value of the paint adds on if this suggestion passes black bills will be around 11.5 keys which contradicts your notes

This suggestion is for an unpainted Bill's. Of course if the paint is black or white no one is going to ask 8 keys flat unless it was a quicksell. Also, you have to provide some proof about it.
