Salvaged Crate #30 was ~30 keys at the time. Big Kill was ~15 keys and then 4 keys makes ~49 key sale. Buds were at their lowest point around 21-22 keys at this time, so 49/21.5 = ~2.25 buds

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11540200 sold for 2 buds and a Smoking El Jefe a month later within 2 hours of posting the trade. That's roughly ~4 buds pure.

What I sold it for was quite an outlier based on the multiple past suggestions for this unusual. However it should still be somewhat noticed in range therefore I am putting the high end at 2.7 buds.
