So this is kind of interesting, it appears the owners are holding firm at about 3.2-3.3 buds atm. Basically all have gotten offers at 3 buds and turned them down.

This one sold recently and the owner had a b/o of 3.5 so it's fair to assume it didn't sell for more than 3.5.
