So I'm setting the range to 2.5-3 based on the following logic.

1. All these owners refused 2.5 pure on dupes so that is the basis for the low range

2. From past trades it appears most owners are firm at 3 buds other than the trade above which is a duped hat.

3. I can not find any sales which occurred for less than 2.5 buds

Considering this, 2.5-3 buds would be a reasonable price to pay for this hat. In all likelihood a clean one would get 3+.
