Link 4 bought from here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11314897 , No proof of purchase, but I can assume it sold for the B/O of one bud. Any help on finding how much this sold for would be greatly appreciated!

My purchase of the hat, shown here: http://imgur.com/a/eQScY , I will disregard this however, as it indicates I paid anywhere between 1.2-1.5 buds for this, and this excessive overpay would skew the results.

In conclusion I have decided to set the Lower Value at 17 keys, due to multiple pure offers reaching this area, and I have set the Upper Value at 19, mostly due to the declined 18 key offer. I am willing to accept suggestions on what a more accurate range would be, though!
