this is a really rare item because you can only get it from salvaged crates. and salvaged crates are really rare and a hard find so more people will want them. so this is why i think it is a fair price.

Since the pallets of crates the dropping rate of salvaged crates has increased a lot. So that is why they drop in price, as well as the items they contain. This is just pure offer and demand. Demand stays the same while the offer goes up, resulting in lower prices.
Since no one has explicitly stated it, this site isn't for throwing out random price suggestions. The goal is to look at the current sales on the item in question and to figure out a price range that fits those sales.
What you are doing is simply stating an opinion to try and dictate the price.
Please look at other price suggestions and the FAQ/Rules before making another suggestion

Great. "I HAVE NO PROOF, BUT MY ITEM IS WORTH ALOT". I don't mind when people have 7 of these and proof they're going up, but w this is just an attempt to make free money, which makes me get mad

Here's a better price suggestion- .11 ref because this is Strange and so is Equalizer. That makes more sense than this. Either way, free rep.
