Silly, the Phos Larkin hasnt been priced yet, so i cant use it as proof. That, and offers dont affect the starting range of unusuals.

1. Yes, as youll see, all the new hat prices are based off of sales, not offers.

2. Old prices are no where near the same as non existent prices

Is there any probability that increasing 1~2 buds on an old price?
