Can't give much more proof as there's only 3 of them in existence at the moment.
I figured it was more than reasonable, as all 3 owners value it the same price, and it's fairly low.
Yes I realize I own it, I just noticed it didn't have a price, so I got some proof.
If you're able to find any more proof for it, be my guest, this is just what I dug up in 5 or so minutes.

He hasn't updated it yet, it's no longer in his backpack. Bit shady, I understand, but this is what all the owners are pricing it at currently.
Why no 3.6-4 -proof at that price range
I mainly based this off the fact that the sellers were trying to sell for like 5-5.5 buds, but no one was offering anywhere nears that. The general highest offer and the one that was sold was all around the range I have set. It can easily change, too, as it's a newer effect, but I just wanted to set up a general range for now.
You bought a hat for 3 buds +1.6 buds in items(keys +2 X Vint.Lugers+...) ?
Yes, because it was in the same range that all the other people were offering. Other people had offers of pure buds, I just happened to offer mixed items that the seller wanted.
