Although the b/o is ridiculous, there are several offers of 12 keys and above (pure) and unusuals over this price range
-15 keys pure
-13 keys pure
- retracted 16 keys
-bubbling Magistrate's Mullet (14-16 keys)
-big kill if seller adds a key
- 7 keys, ebenezer, dashin hashashin painted (not sure what paint), gold mk.II knife, and possible other hats/miscs
Good proof but maybe you could redo the range, sellers don't seem to be accepting 12 keys.

Indeed you are right, although since many of the offers on the trade I used for proof were in items, I wanted to account for overpay. Also thanks for more proof :D
well people are willing to pay the low range listed but are actually sold for a tiny bit higher. maybe you should just redo the suggestion :P
Yes, but many unusuals are sold in the higher part of their range

there are way too many 13,14,15 key offers to warrant a 12 key low end. 13-16 would be better
