Well i have seen many people buying bp expanders in bazaar.tf for 3 ref, and many ppl selling for 3.33 ref

proof is needed, not just a link showing all the trades there are.
this suggestion is garbage, I'm selling at 2.77 (2 for a key) and they are moving very slowly (like 1 or 2 per day).
Put up a buy trade at 2.55 and you'll be flooded with sellers. The 2.44+ buyers have disappeared and 2-2.33 is all you see now on the buy side.
