Now not all of them are really relevant, but these are ALL sellers out there, just to show you it's rare. 3 gets offered and rejected rather often, but with several buyouts at 3.5 and a seller willing to take 3.2, I submit 3.2-3.5 (one 3.5 offer and maybe some sold's)
