It's quite difficult to really assess a hat on demand (only for proposals), we can not know all the offers, what is written on the outpost far not full picture.According to past selling hats it made much easier and more accurate.

So I think the price should be 4.8-5.8

Price suggestion is a bump in the right direction, but as Eraser said, it can possibly get a bit more.
