if he has declined 1.5 bud offers, then high end should be higher. Also no reason for the low end 1.2 doesn't seem like it will be sold for that low. Good proof though, just a bit conservative on the bump
But he hasn't been offered more then 1.5 so that's why my high end is 1.5 I can't make the high end higher if he hasn't been offered more then 1.5
