Recently acquired mine for 13 in items/pure and was looking around on outpost to find some people selling them with recent offers above that. I thought that a price bump might be necessary with multiple people offering the high end and getting turned down by the seller.
PROOF
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10649227 14 keys pure rejected twice, 13 pure rejected, 12 pure rejected, 11 pure rejected, 12 in items rejected.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11582305 Bubbling Magistrate's Mullet offered, wanted more (2 vintage hats).
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11608077 My own trade, 19 hours old, no offers.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11386968 14 keys rejected, 13 in items rejected, was offered Bubbling Mullet but wanted sweets.
There're no more trades open on outpost, however if I find out how to get my own trading history I'll include my own trade for it as the low value.
Just go on your profile, click inventory and there should be a link at the top right next to privacy settings.
Ah thankyou

I don't see any offers of 15. People can reject all the 14s they want, if no one wants to offer more then there's not much point in raising the range.
13 in items is closer to 12 after overpay, so I don't see the point of this suggestion.
