I hate to say it but if a hat is in low demand and there are MANY unsold at 5 keys, 5 keys is no longer acceptable, basic logic. The fact that there are unsolds at 5 keys as well with 1 key paints is not helping the price either (Not saying the price of those masks should be 6 keys).
unsolds are too young.
unsolds are invalid proof.
Please post valid proofs.
I swore the term "bump" doesn't refer to an update of prices, but rather when the price needs to be raised.
I suppose that's just me though.
And, as Vincent said, we need more proof of sellers under 5 that aren't quickselling.
Instead of providing a search link, can you show some sellers for 4.5 keys?

Yea. I know. I meant that can you show more sellers for 4.5 keys?
"http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10828449 <-- Unsold @ 4 keys and painted Team Spirit" Actually unsold at 5 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10322967 - Uncertain that they'll accept a S Grenade Launcher, they indeed added but they may want to negotiate. The fact that they have it up for 8 keys indicates either they'll be trying to get far more out of the offerer or they don't know what the hell they're doing full stop.
Removing irrelevent unsolds and quickbuyers, it comes down to this.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11342099 - Selling for 4.6
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11514326 - Selling for 4.5
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11474193 - Selling for 4.4
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11602487 - Selling for 4
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11630182 - Selling for 4
Not a lot of willing sellers at 4.5. The fact people are on occasion willing to sell for 4 keys is probably going to be the most decisive factor here. If users would like to chime in on their experiences selling V. Masks lately, it'd be greatly helpful.
I agree with you all the way but in one aspect I do not, unsolds. If an item is unsold for a week+ and there are multiple of these items unsold, in this case 20+, why would the price not decrease. There are dozens to chose from at 5 keys and the buyer, in this case the very few legitimate buyers, figures I can buy lower, (which occurs to everyone) and based on some sellers, they surely can, even a key which is a lot for an item like this. If you are using the theory that if the price drops causing people to suddenly buy the market, price then increases, and everyone sells their masks at a higher price, there are no flaws in that at all, that is the way markets rise and fall, and in that theory nobody loses except if there was a central dispensing power, i.e. Warehouse. The fact that there are many at 5 keys and people are starting to drop their prices to 4-4.5 keys and everyone is still not buying, that indicates the price needs to drop.
Here's the issue. You point out how the trader has been unsold for a week+. But how do we know the circumstances of the item being unsold? Has the trader been active at all since putting it up? How many times has someone added them to buy, they weren't available, and that trader ended up buying from a different trade? Has it indeed been listed at 5 keys over the entire week, rather than having been at 5.5 or 6 during that entire situation and only recently dropped to 5?
Unsolds are just too fickle, with too many unseen factors that may lead to them being unfairly represented as 'unsold'. Willing sellers at lower prices are FAR better representative of a price dropping. When traders have too much trouble at a price or see too much competition, they drop their prices to secure that sale. The harder it is too sell at higher range, the more traders there are available trying to sell at lower range. That kind of activity is a far better representation of what's happening in the market than unsolds.
Not that bad of a counter arguement but everyone shall have their own backings. Some of those counter arguements are a little iffy yet I can see were you are coming from.
