This has never been priced lolwut.
Anyway 13 keys can definitely not be in the range, this has had offers of a bud, but none have ever sold that high from what i've seen so I decided not to include it in the price
PROOF
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11600738 (sold for blizz masters belt, 22 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11371697 ( the guy who had it next offered 17 keys in items, guessing he bought it for that)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10926863 (offered 23 keys pure)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10277746 (a bud offer)
The bud offer on the last one is over a month old, and the 23 key offer on the third one is over 3 weeks old...
I don't see the what the problem is if it is the same hat.
1 month old offers aren't that old for unusual pricing.
I don't see how, as I said, the item can sell twice, as it can return to the market once it's purchased.
I'm gonna edit/remove some of my previous comments, I misread the usernames like an idiot...
If this item has never actually been priced, then how come it matters how long ago the trades were? Also it doesn't matter if it's the same hat, it's the same item and can sell more than once.
If offer of a bud, then why the high end at 22?
That's how much buds were back then.
It also never actually sold for a bud, and unusuals are usually priced based on sales not offers.
