I suggest you find sellers at 1.25 Keys.

The guy asking for 7 Ref is pretty much 1.25 Keys. The other guys asking for 1 Key + 2 Ref are around ~1.3-1.33 Keys, which is pretty damn close to 1.25 Keys. And I think 1.25-1.5 Keys looks much better than 1.33-1.5 Keys.
