this strange have worth much... just look how usefull it is. and 1.33 is just way to little for this wep. maybe people think the same maybe not. but i have seen people that have sold this for like 2 ref each. so i think 1.33 is a little bit low

It is exceptionally fun to play with but very few spies are devoted enough to learn it. Most can only W+DR but don't know how to use it. Therefore fewer people want to buy it. That's my personal opinion. On to the suggestion itself, you need to provide some evidence of this increase.
You need trade links as proof.
