Well... that's partly what I was referring to. You need overpay for unusual-to-unusual trades. Taking the middle of the range (2.25) and multiplying by nine tenths, we get a little over 2 buds, which is out of your range.

I didn't want overpay anyways. Just 1:1 hat and knew the cost.
