I'm modifying this suggestion slightly. My problem is the bud + seven keys. That still hasn't sold so this hat's closer to 1.3 than to 1.4. My reason for keeping the 1.5 was simply that I couldn't find evidence against it. However, now that a lower-priced one hasn't been sold, I feel that even if 1.5 has happened, it's no longer relevant.

"Being a rather common hat, this one varies very little. Personally I would prefer to call it 1.3-1.4 but I can't disprove recent potential 1.5-bud sales. They're certainly unlikely to occur again due to lower buy-out prices (at about 1.4) now, so this may lower further in time.
