To lower a suggested value, finding people who are selling for less than what is currently suggested is strong evidence.

I'm the owner of one of the trades in your proof (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11574353). I paid 1.33 ref for mine but that's probably quicksell though. Not even sure 2 ref is possible anymore.

i think its possible because in some of my unsold link in my previous suggestion some people finally sold for 2 ref
