All unusuals need a range, unless there is a special exception, such as if its 1 of 1 or rarely on the market, such a Burning Flames Team Captain.

Would you want him to make 1.9 to 2.1, when neither of those values are defined in the evidence?

On a side note: should maxes be counted as 2.2 pure, or 2 buds off of non-pure overpay?

I think Max was 2 buds back then. And level 1 is still 2 buds.

Definitely better than the other suggestion but i think maybe a range would be better, but with that said you'll probably just make it 1.9-2.1
