L1: After overpay you get 24.3 keys.

L2: 25.5 keys.

L3: 22 keys after overpay.

L4: 23-24 keys as stated.

L5: 26.5 keys.

L6: 27.5 keys

L7: 22 keys after overpay.

From this, I can see that 1.1 buds IS reachable but 1.2 is not. The lower end should not be 1 bud, it should be lower seeing as people have sold for less.

I'm getting confused here. I assume that the trader who posted the trade would receive the overpay, which would bump L3 up, not down. Unless overpay is just a conspiracy to keep unusual recommended prices less than what they actually trade for? Plus, L5 was the only trade to mention overpay, and that was only for unusuals and it went for bud + keys so the overpay wouldn't affect it.

I didn't check the links. Thought the seller was the Rack. That'd make it 1.1 buds.
