Although, on another note, the Halloween paint could easily be the reason it's getting much higher offers than usual. 7-8 keys paint that you can't get anymore could easily jack up the price.

What are you talking about? Confetti effects have all been going up in price, due to their status as an older effect.
example, i bought a g. fetti brigade helm for 22 keys about a month ago when price was 18-22 and now it has gone down to 17-20. idk why outpost says last price was 3 months ago because it was defianately 18-22 when i bought it on may 5th
