The second link wasn't sold for pure, It was sold for lime ebenezer (3 keys+3 ref worth), and because the overpay its even less.

Whats with the negatives? I had 3 Double Cross Comms up for trade for well over a week at 4 keys, eventually I had to go lower. I've decided to stay neutral on this one now because it probably does need a range, but it also needs to be reduced from 4 keys.
