Yes there are sellers for 0.44, 0.55, and 0.66 but are people willing to buy?
Yes, There are people, who buy for 0.44 (open my links, read comments)
You only have one 0.44 link. Out of the many souls out there.
You are right, but many people ask for 0.33, nobody sells for 0.22.
Yes 0.33 is what people sell at. and 0.22 is what people try to buy at. But does that explain the 0.44 range. No. It doesn't.
First: Sold a lot of sets, 0.44*9 = 4 refs, so, 1.33 for compliting sets.
And some people try to buy for 0.33.
Sets don't count because sets have multiple items. Some of the other souls might have a higher demand. Also people make sets priced higher because of the time they spent collecting the items. Do you have any 0.44 proof for these souls being sold individually.
Apologies to poop on your parade, as it's your first suggestion : /
Neither of your buyers have any takers, so are unsuitable, although that could be because of how young they are. The first was only created an hour ago and has not been bumped, and the second is 12 hours old, last bumped 6 hours ago.
Your first selling link is not for nine spy souls, but for the entire set. At least some of the guys price will be attributed to the fact that its the whole set.
The second is not suitable as selling does not equate to sold.
Third link is a little too old to be used. It was sold 7 months ago : /
Fourth is young and unsold.
Fifth is kinda young, but still unsold.
Sixth is sold and relevant with respect to time.
There's a link on the forums which should help with any future suggestions, however I don't have it to hand. I'd gather some more solid proof. Apologies : /
EDIT: Here ya go : )

First: I know, so i suggested 0.44 instead of 0.55.
Third: People are still asking for 0.33
You actually quoted .55 for the first one, don't know if you want to change that. And if they are asking for .33, I'm not entirely sure, but I do not believe that is relevant as it is in the current range.
Sidenote: Have you taken a look at your first sellers backpack? o.O
Yes... He/She has a lot of sets...
There are only a few of these for sale out of sets on outpost. But I think 1 rec is the best price for now.
It seams that this one sold for .66 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11629472
Listen to the positive feedback of more experienced users. You show us 0.33 is fine, but 0.44? I don't think so.
