Conclusion

I typed all of these offers into a CAS emulator, and got a medbox (box plot) from it. These are the results:

Min - 0.9

Q1 - 1

Med - 1.1

Q3 - 1.3

Top end - 1.5

Max (outlier) - 2.2

If I include the two known sales, these are the results:

Min - 0.9

Q1 - 1

Med - 1.1

Q3 - 1.4

Top end - 1.5

Max (outlier) - 2.2

This essentially means that a majority of the offers/sales are between 1 and 1.4 buds. However, as one of the sales was for an unusual (remember, unusual overpay), and the pure one was quite old (2 months) I believe the current range is fine.

Herpes then used 2 ref and 24 keys to buy a bud from this guy http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11770531 and the bud is now in the new part of his bp, along with the other items.

The total is around 28 keys, or 1.1 buds. This is within the range that was suggested.
