This is my first comment/post ever so go easy on me please

yes I have one of these hats, im not trying to say its worth 5 buds or anything ridiculous, i have looked at some others hats with this effect that have now got a price and it does seem to be a very high tier effect, i havent had a lot of good offers on my hat because people aren't sure what the new effects are worth and no one wants to buy a craft hat with an unsure wealth effect. I bought this hat with a Vivid plasma Ze Goggles (Which were 1.6-2 buds before they went down to 1.4-1.8 buds) + 1 bud pure + 2 Strange Huntsman's + about 25 Refined which i estimate to be about 3.3 budsish . he also wanted 4 buds for it as his B/O. I have looked at the other Capo's with the same effect for sale and they all are looking for 3-4 buds. 1 has a C/O of a max head + sweets and he declined it. I have also had a offer of 3 buds pure but i wasnt very interested at the time. 4 buds even i think is a little high but 1.8-2 buds i think is way too low for this hat. I would suggest a price at around 3 buds. So maybe 2.5-3 buds just looking at some of the C/O on the other pages + mine.
