In the end, hype for this item is dying down. Also, in outpost.tf all the scrap packs there are either painted, being sold in sets, or selling for offers in which no one has offered. Also for the buyers, as usual...lowballers everywhere, the buyer I found was the only fair one. Leave feedback or counterproof, or anything :D
