It's not exactly the greatest price suggestion, I know. The only accepted offer was at 3.5 and the only other considered ones were at 3-3.5. Nothing down at the 2-2.5 range was even considered, and I feel like that needs to be drawn out. Even if this isn't entirely accurate, it's still a heck of a lot better than the current price.
