These offers are good but you need to find what they actually sell for

if thats what people are offering on them, would that be what they sell for if the owners take them? Can we really only suggest prices on items that are sold?

Well, if its an initial price, you go mainly off of sales. To raise a price, you go off of offers higher than range, and to lower a price, you go off of B/O's and sales lower than range. So yea, youre good. Upvote
