- 1 bud + 10 keys (1.4 buds), wants a bit more.

However he said his friend may have it from time to time (buyer in link 1) but neither of them have the hat so this one is peculiar. Offer still stands as being in the range.

From this we can gather under 1.4 buds is difficult to purchase at but 1.4 buds flat is fairly easy and some people are even willing to offer slightly higher in unusuals. This is also my first suggestion so any tips and feedback is welcome! :D

Update: Link 4 seller declined the same offer I received of a Smoking Conjurer's Cowl (1.3 buds).

Update: Link 4 seller had an offer of 1 bud + 1 key + small sweets, he declined.

Update: On my trade I was offered a Blizz Mag Mullet + 8 keys (~30 keys) I declined. Don't you just love how much I'm keeping everything up to date! ;)
