1 of 3 on outpost and all 3 want more than 12 buds

Your first link which has an offer of a HOUWAR for the crown, bud and bills is 4 months old, totally invalid.
Your second link doesn't seem relevant to me.
1. Vintage Medal; a recent offer, is it worth that much? Says 8 buds on the pricelist, although I never traded this item.
2. Vintage Companion Pin; 2 Months, no longer valid.
3. Cloudy Moon Tossle; not only is it over 2 months old and thus invalid, it clearly asks the owner to add. It is not a 1 : 1 trade as you claim it is.
I see nothing that should raise the value.
Show me an offer in the last month that justifies raising the high end to 9.4 buds.

Also, it should be noted that this one item is worth more than 75% of your total bp value.
Dude, how is it worth 75% more than my bp if I own it? Also, my FIRST OFFER I got for was ~8.75 in unusuals. Thats my FIRST OFFER again.
Not surprised you didn't account for unusual overpay. Take the mid value of an unusual and multiply by .9. Orb Fire Crone would be around 7.8 buds, perfectly in the current range. Although the bp.tf price is outdated.
And this is always done when valuing offers for unusuals.
Also, once again I'll ask you to show me a recent offer worth 9.4 buds (your high end).
I see what you are saying, but I come back to the offer of the Vintage Medal, It sold for a Cloudy Moon Merry + 2 buds. If you take the high price of Cloudy Moon Merry(7.4 Buds) + 2 Buds, that is EXACTLY 9.4 Buds, which is the HIGH price of my trade, anyway, I hope you change your mind, If you still are not convinced, please message me again, so I can try to find some better offers to bring up :)
Nobody values unusual offers using the high end of a range. We account for unusual overpay.
The middle value of a CM merry is 7.35. Multiply by .9 and you get 6.6. 6.6 + 2 = 8.6, essentially the same as the current high value. This is done for almost every unusual offer.
By the way, that offer of a CM Merry + 2 buds was on the V. Medal, not the crown itself. Even if this trade really did happen (I would like to see a pic or the trade link), it would not justify raising the high end to 9.4. Besides, the V. Medal is valued at 8 buds flat currently.
I still see no recent proof for raising the price.
Ok, ok, lets do the offer of the Vintage Big kill made by Neutron - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9598859 . The current backpack price of this is 23 buds. Yes, I know that it does not go for exactly that amount but still, people have C/o of 20 mixed. So, yet again, I hope this changed your mind. And if not, I would be happy to look for more :)
2 months, not valid. I believe the general rule of thumb for offers on unusuals is that if an offer is one month old or older, it is no longer considered valid.
Once again I'll ask you to show me an offer or a sale, in the last month that disproves the current range.

No, if you check the graph, then you'll notice that I suggested 9-10 buds 4 months ago. The price automatically goes down overtime due to increasing in keys/buds causing inverse effects on the price of unusuals. Something that people have been pushing hard for Brad to fix.
