Last link is invalid when compared to your other proof, his C/O is 1 bud + 6 keys, it is his B/O that is 1 bud + 12 keys. I would also say list ALL valid offers and if so mention they were declined in your notes. I suspect the guy in link 3 who offered 1 bud + 10 keys either retracted or wasn't serious about the offer.

You may not but some people do, all the time people offer and they have sod all in their backpacks! Still needs proof of what people are willing to pay for it, C/Os are very important but B/Os are really not good proof in most cases. Of course they want to sell above suggested price to make profit, that's exactly why people have buyouts that are usually above or at the top of the range. In order to update a price on an unusual, you need to post proof of offers that have been made and/or past sales within a month. Buyouts don't make a price, because what if somebody lists it for 10 buds?

yes, you're right, but if you read, that trade has a guy offering 27 keys and the owner says it's still low

..and if the seller said 1.5 buds was low, then would the price be 2 buds?
