Counting buds at 24-25, the lowest notable offers are 19 pure and the highest are 24-25 pure.

3rd link is painted black, so if you take the price of distinctive lack of hue off your highest offer for the unpainted one the price would be roughly 22.5 keys which is only just out of the current range.

As an owner of the hat who's been used in the proof, I know the paint hasn't come up in discussions Ive had with potential buyers, and especially for this hat the paint makes no difference so its very unlikely people would pay more.

I paid a buds and a TS bill's for one of these 5 months ago. I'm an outlier and very generous.
