I don't see how 2.8 needs to be part of the range. I would say 2.7-3 considering you can't confirm the sweets.
You could also factor in unusual overpay to stretch it to 2.6-3
it was 2.7-3, buds just got accepted. i already factored in overpay, and i dont think any real sweets were added.
