technically, you're right. It's 1 ref divided by 18, which is 0.05555555555555555555555555555555555555. This would indeed make .06, but if we're doing this, all weapons need to be changed, all stuff with ie 1.66 in the range needs to be changed (it's really closer to 1.67).
