It doesn't drop, the only way of getting one is crafting it.

wanga prick and unarmed combat are the same way.

Its a weapon that can only be obtained via crafting. There isn't a single weapon like that that costs 1 weapon.

It can't be found like a normal wep in the drop system, it needs to be crafted, therefore its not a normal wep, people are willing to pay more for it.
