Looking at offers on it people pay around 1-3 buds 2 buds is fair...

35/1.5 does not support 1.8-2.1, this is counter proof.
But looking at offers he is getting alot of people will add more. The only reason it's C/O 35 keys is because he wants pure and has only gotten non pure or lowball offers. Could easily get 2 buds but he want quicksell for pure.
Then we will accept the price when he gets those offers, until then, this is guess work and prediction. Also, the guy said "35 keys when I get them" which was 4 days ago, also, he says "Ok" meaning he would probably accept that.
We will more than likely accept it but that is a purely quicksell price and any range of offers with a valid medium can be used as proof to show what people will pay at a quicksell price in my opinion.
Key word there is "opinion", not proof, sticking to my downvote for no supporting proof, sorry.

the offer of 35 keys can't be used as proof, since he doesn't have that much. Not even sure if he could sell everything for that much anyways.

They are valid proof, But that's not a legit offer. He doesn't have 35 keys. Use that as proof, AFTER he gets the keys. I can say i'll pay 3 bud for the hat, does it mean i have 3 buds? for all you know, i could get the 3 buds next year.
It's not the fact that the guy has the keys or not it's that the seller would consider accepting it.
If i offered 5 buds on a 2 bud hat, im pretty sure they would consider accepting it. But does that make it a valid proof. No. this site bases price on what you could sell them for. We have no proof if you can sell them for 35 keys, because no one with 35 keys has offered on this yet.
1.8 is too high, and recently sold for 35 keys.
