Why?
All unusuals need a range, it makes the admins angry when they don't have ranges. Especially Mr. Bucket.

so you want me to set a range based on lowballs? 1 of 1, 1 sale, lets just imagine he got offered 1 bud after 10 min. but then he goes on a trade server and sells it for like a burning killer exclusive. Should the range be 1-90 buds then?
the 1 bud is his only offer, and the KE being the only sale
bucket has gotten over it and allows no ranges on these new effects, but he doesn't want them on the common hats/effects that have had multiple sales and such.
