http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11385547 has received an offer of a bubbling foorball helmet + 3 keys (~16+3=19 keys)
1 on bazaar.tf, same guy as the first link I provided, stating that he has an offer of 17 keys (prbs the big kill and v kunai).
The bubbling football helmet is worth ~15 keys after overpay, not 16.
That might be true, but on his trade the owner did not mention there has to be an overpay in unusuals.

I understand what you're saying, but as we're talking about a low-tier effect and so a lower priced hat, and the fact that it's not mentioned, I don't think we need to consider unusual overpay here.
Unusual overpay is a big thing in the low tiers. People begin to trade up, and they need profit.

May i ask how you have found sold ones? Im having a really hard time finding those... Did you use the search option?
And by the way I think we can all value the 2nd sale as 8 + 5 + ~2 (kringle + sweets) = 16
Item overpay it's closer to 15.
As above, item overpay and unusual overpay are parts of the site guidelines; very few items are equivalent to pure, and we list pure prices here.
First of all, congratulations on graduating! :D
Second, I'm just posting how I value the items. Sure, there can be an item overpay, but i took the lowest values of all the items.
8+5+2 = 13+2 = 15 not 16 :P

thanks for the comment, this shows that the upper price isn't too high. i will add it to my proof list
