An offer of 1 bud pure is visible, as is a 1 bud 5 key offer, a Nuts n' Bolts Le Party Phantom (24-27 keys), a 1 bud pure offer, Offers are a month old, with the Le Party Phantom now equaling .9 Buds w/ overpay and making the 1 Bud + 5 key and 1 Bud offers invalid. (Not to mention the fact that the Le Party Phantom owner doesn't have one anymore...)

The Hetman's Headpiece offer I mentioned in the second link? That offer was declined. A 1 bud pure offer is visible. No record of a 1 Bud pure offer there and declining isn't very good proof in this case.
