I just bought one for 3 refined, and that seems the lowest price by a long way. As it is a retired hat, the prices should go up over time. It is being sold for anything between 3 ref and a key. Price seems to heavily fluctuate.

Oh my gosh! One person out of the millions of players who play tf2 bought a fancy fedora for 3 refined! That must mean every single fancy fedora should be worth 3 refined! Perfect sense! Downvote...

There's no real proof of the price rising, plenty of them still out there and not many people are looking for them so the price won't be rising soon. It's the same with robo-crates: until the demands for them become higher and their numbers drop, the price will remain a scrap.

Maybe you are right that it should raise. Few on outpost now and I havent seen any 2 ref sellers. You will need to make a new suggestion and find proof. 4 ref is high
