There were no sales of 5 buds but one close to 6.

Not necessarily. If its 1 of 1 with one sale, it can be and should be flat. If its anything above 1 of 1 or more than 1 sale, then it needs a range.
why shouldn't it have no range if it is one of one? Will you explain this logic to me? I find it best to have a range, no matter how many there are.
1 sale. 1 price. Not really all that confusing. If theres 2 sales or more, than it needs a range.
This had obviously traded hands more than once, just because there is only one on the market does not mean it has had only 1 sale. The trades it has gone through obviously has a range of its own.
