OK so, since a lot of people have been concerned about lack of sales to back proof, heres one.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11852726 The first trader selling it plus 1 bud for a s. f. scatter has been SOLD. You can see both the bud and ketche are in "ESTELLE GETTY"s bp. That puts the ketche at 1.6-1.8 buds.
3rd trade also appears to have sold for 2 buds http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11884750 I am basing it off of this trade. You can see the first two buds are from "xil"s bp and were traded to "яανє #SLH". And xil is now in possesion of the ketche. The buds have already exchanged hands, it looks like he bought a lvl 1 max.
2nd trade, nothing new.
I bought the ketche as a quick sale....not sure how that counts. The seller also added 12 keys so that even if I had to quick sell it for 1.5, I wouldn't lose my shirt.
I am cashing out and this seemed like a reasonable way for me to get 3 buds out of my scatter.
2nd and 3rd link are waay to young to use as proof to bring this down.Really the only proof you have to lower it is the 1st link's b/o. You cant lower a price purely on offers :/
But the first 2 trades have the same 2 bud b/o that have not been met yet. And 2 buds is lower than current range already.

Correct, he did quick sell, and it was to me. For the record, he paid his Ketche, 12 keys, and 1 bud for my S.F. Scatter. If that doesn't qualify as a quicksell, I don't know what does.

yeah, right now neither price range is right with this info. so probably redoing the range would be best
