Yes, it's a new genuine hat, released with the new TF2 action figures. This is a wide range, but it's necessary, because people are offering high and selling low for some reason.

also you cant price based on all offers, there needs to be a sale, and right now the only sales are for sure outliers

yes my trade where I supposedly bought it for 2.5 keys from left shoe, which I didn't based on my imgur link posted above. speaking logs is I guess counter proof to this suggestion, but its for sure an outlier

There have been offers ranging between 2 and 4 keys. Apparently my 2.5 key sale didn't actually happen though, so I'll be seeing if I can find another sale.

close it. ive been watching the other trades. 2.5 is getting straight out rejected. almost all trades have offers of 4. wait for 1 or 2 to sell before pricing it
