I dont beleive this price needs to be ajusted, people seem to be able to sell it quite well.

And since you have no actual proof i dont beleive this should be accepted.

You are showing us your trades as proof. i dont know how reliable that is. In your outpost trade you had a guy agreeing with your price, if you didnt trade it im sure it was a matter of timing.
