I agree its very hard to sell buds for 24 pure, but its also hard to find for 23 keys and you'd probably get a little less hate for a more conservative drop

Heavily agree. 23 is way too infrequent to make an impact. If the new effect take hold than buds will be stable or increase in demand slightly.

I bought that many 23 keys I had to close my trade because I ran out of keys and couldn't get rid of my 24 keys buds anymore.

Same situation as the Bill's: There are enough of them to lower the low end.

Obviously if thers alot quicksellin it isnt quicksell but buds get traded alot theres tons for sale and those under 24 keys are sold within the hr making them quicksells.

So 23 keys isnt there but 23.8 apparently is there. But since its a guide the its really 24+/- so as a pricing guide no need to change it.

If a large amount of people begin quickselling for 23 keys, and flipping for 24 keys, that's 23-24 keys. We're supposed to be representing the market, and this range should show that it is possible to buy and sell earbuds for both 23 and 24 keys. He has 31 links of proof covering all parts of the range.

All links have sold quickly. Thats not a large amount of quicksellers especially for a currency.

A pricing guide isnt suppose to show what a buyer pays to flip, buyers will obviously move down one key and this will just prematurely push buds down

I know some people don't like trade.tf but they r showing none at 23 so If it is happening it is so rare as to be inconsiquintial ( sry for spelling on mobile)

Trade tf is really good at showing items for low prices. Even lower then they should be. And that site doesnt even work for me. So its a dumb site.

Agreeing with Liddo. I have checked the sales. There has to be a higher percent below 24. The range is way off and the bud list price shouldn't change by .2. Buds may come down soon and u can regularly get just below 24 but no need to indicate a demand shift yet.

Question is whether 23-24 is better than 24 flat

I sell buds constantly at 24 keys. I usually cant always sell buds because i run out of space. And i have lots of buyers who wanted to buy but couldnt since i had no room for keys. And it wasn't till last night i made a trade before i went to bed sellin at 24 keys again.

Note that 23 keys is an obvious quicksell The only thing valid is 23.6-8 keys but thats not a good range of buds on a pricing guide

I got a bud at below 24 yesterday. This suggestion Is premature but unless the new casino effects strengthen the market buds will come down soon.

I feel like the volume of sales at 23 key flat indicates that they aren't necessarily quicksells and 23 could be safely included in the range. The sales below 23 key are, however, definitely quicksells. This range seems fair to me.

Last night, 3 people within the same min tried to sell buds to me for 23 keys..they yelled at me when I rejected. I had to, 3 people at once that try to sell you buds O.o

I haven't seen any successful trade above 24; only within this range. I can't help but wonder why 23 is called a "quicksell". A quicksell would have a heavily discounted price, like 19-21k. The particularity of buds ever since they've reached the 20-ish keys is that any price even slightly lower than the current "official" one will result in instant sells (even with a ref off) and any price slightly higher will be nigh impossible to sell.

Even though I don't think that more expensive keys can necesarily lower bud prices (for stuff over 25-30 keys, buds still reign supreme as a value-setting reference), you have more reasons today to change your buds to keys than you did before because there are waaaaay more good and profitable mid-value items/low unusuals in existence.

TL;DR : The popularity and visibility of buds resulted in them having a very high price elasticity, and bud-to-key trades are more interesting to do than before.

Surprisingly enough, I've been doing quite well selling my Earbuds for 25 keys.

I've seen a couple of people selling buds for 23 keys in tf2-trader unusual server this week. They sell almost instantly.

Gotta agree with this 24 seems to take a while. Took me almost a day till I just gave up and sold for 23.

I had 13 under 3 ref, the majority at 2.66, my low end.

I was closed as cleverpun claimed they quicksold.

These are sold quick as well, but it could be beaks are less wanted than buds.

I wonder who else thinks the flooding of 23 key sellers are being caused by this suggestion.

It probably did cause the increase in people selling it for 23 keys, but people were already starting to settle for 23 before this suggestion was made.

It was because of the suggestion. Suggestion on bp.tf (with links) be it wrong or right will cause sellers and buyers to follow it. And in case of multi key items spoooks sellers to get rid of them before its too late. (suggestion might as well be accepted price once suggested)

Am I the only one getting completely frustrated when I see people calling this "quickselling"? People call anything quickselling. Sales that go off quickly shouldn't be called quicksells per definition, not when it's such a stupidly small differance of less then 5% off. People WILL buy whatever crap you have for under the current market price quick as hell, because it's cheaper then what the current price is and people always select the lowest price available, obviously. Don't get me wrong here but, people call it quicksell on keys when you sell it a scrap below the range, just as a example, that's so silly. Atleast I learned that quicksells are atleast 30% off or more, but maybe I've read the wrong book. *upvote*

Maybe it's too old a trade to be considered but I was selling a pair of buds about a week ago and had several offers of 24 keys and was getting 25 keys + offered in sweets. I don't agree with a price drop when they're selling so fast, seems to me that it's just that it's hard to use buds in most transactions except for unusual sales and people are just quickselling them for convenience.

example if the price changes to 23-24 keys, people will start buying them at 22 keys. It is just like keys in the opposite way.
